13.01.2022 A few weeks ago I was asked to help create an in room work out for guests quarantined at Novotel Perth Murray Street. The hospitality industry has been greatly affected by covid 19 but the Perth hotels are doing amazing work caring for returning Aussies. A great initiative by the Accor Team and Novotel. I’m thankful and proud to be supporting guests stay fit and healthy and mentally strong whilst in hotel quarantine. Thanks for the opportunity Novotel Perth Murray Street and B32media

08.01.2022 As we enter a new phase of opening up WA I’ll be back from Monday 18 May at Move Health and Fitness. I will not be able to offer Zoom scheduling for this coming week with RM Training. Once I can get my scheduling properly sorted from the gym studio I’ll let you know by the end of the week with what I can offer relating to RM Training. If you’ve enjoyed the classes you can of course book a personal training session with me either by PM or DM and we can discuss it. Stay tuned and thanks for the support as always.
