This Admin All Rounder position may include working weekends.... Reception: Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders Efficient operation of the front reception area Answering all telephone enquiries Rostering: communication with staff on their shift availabilities and upcoming roster regularly monitoring the roster and staff availability providing administration support as required To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration experience as well as rostering experience (essential). You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
