25.01.2022 A HUGE Shout out to team members from our Marine Division for their efforts on the recent Ballarat Project. We were engaged to commence works from August 2019, which finished in December with residual support works through to January 2020. Over 2,500 man-hours were worked across the team in total including various support tasks. ... This project was completed successfully and with NO incidents thanks to our vigilant staff involved in the project. The crew consistently performed to standards above what was expected of them with the help of primary supervisor William Tonkin for the first 3.5 months and also Bernardas Simkus in finalising the last 1-2 months of the project. Both supervisors along with their crew members were invaluable assets in this achievement. Tasks included tank cleanings, bilge cleaning, waste removals, transfers, pumping and support roles for other operations. 20.01.2022 April was a busy month at RMD. The team worked in excess of 6,000 hours across the Industrial and Marine divisions, taking it to a total of over 115,000 man hours worked LTI FREE!! Supervisor Bernie and his crew from the marine division were recognised late in 2020 by a customer with a Positive Observation in regards to work ethic. Bernie and the boys supplied required PPE without hesitation to another contractor unrelated to our tasks in order to keep momentum of a job and avoid any delays in production.... The constant "can do" attitude and support is something to be very proud of and puts our team members in high regard to work with in future endeavors. 07.01.2022 The expansion to our Rockingham depot is now complete, after finalising the project with the oversize movement of a storage tank. Well done to the team for coordinating this move, along with our friends at Golden Pilots.
