14.01.2022 Welcome to the team FRANK! Another joins the ranks of a glorious line of AEPs that have graced the halls of Hendra Healthworks. Someone to finally equal Angus in height but oddly, he fears height itself. An old soul who enjoys tennis, golf, darts and dry aged steak. Frank comes with plenty of experience to bring to the team.... He has a distaste for coffee, tomatoes, coffee drinker’s and tomato eaters. But, he loves to find the easy way with all his pursuits and can’t get enough of treating clients with massive goals. If you see him around the gym say hi Welcome Frank

YES (kind of)... Will there be challenges given? YES Can you get involved? HELL YES To show your support you can donate to our offical Movember page and you'll get the chance to put the team through its paces over the next few weeks. https://movember.com/t/mo-men-tum-rmep?mc=1

09.01.2022 It is with sadness that we today say goodbye to Jake O’Brain, RMEP’s original first team member, who came on way back in July 2017. He has serviced 4011 and it’s surrounding suburbs for more than 3 years and Pring Street will never be the same again. We’ve had a fantastic time since you’ve been here and Amgoose, Krizzia and I will miss you, but all good things must come to an end eventually so we’d like to wish you all the best in your future endeavours and the doors of HH wi...ll always be open, unless we have another pandemic. My favourite personal highlights with you, to name just a few: - the cutthroat shave in preparation for Movember and the deluge of challenges we were about to do - the vast array of movember challenges including the treadmill challenge, the bend and snap and the pregnancy challenge - getting you through work after having ruptured your ACL at soccer - the pandemic pentathlon - photoshopping Amgoose into any photo we can - the various social events we had the pleasure of attending as a team, and living vicariously through you for other events - the happy, smiling faces that were ever present whilst working away Goodbye and good luck! The RMEP Crew

09.01.2022 Thanks to Sam and Katherine Dutton for their $100 donation to our Movember Team. The challenge? Perform a sweat fest in budgee smugglers in the park. DONE AND DUSTED! Donate and challenge here ---> https://movember.com/t/mo-men-tum-rmep?mc=1

07.01.2022 You've injured yourself, you've had surgery and your limb is immobilised. You've put in the all the hard work prehabbing to minimise the strength, function and muscle loss during the period of non use. Why not keep pushing hard with the functional limb? Cross education is the term for transfer of strength (usually neurological adaptations) from training the opposite limb to the immobilised one. This has its benefits in both sports based and general rehab, reducing time to full function, maintaining motivation through the process and potentially enhancing recovery outcomes. So? Rather than avoiding the gym for months post knee replacement, go see your AEP to get some supervised heavy resistance training in on the good side.
