Over the course of 18 months, RMG has worked together with Mercy Education, The City of Greater Bendigo, Cricket Australia and Cricket Victoria to provide a cricket hub which integrates with the existing school and future sporting hub. This project utilising existing infrastructure to maximise economic value, and bringing together both the new and the old to allow the community to continue to enjoy its love of tennis for years to come.

In order to ensure smart land use planning and transportation systems keep up with the demand of road users, RMG was engaged as Project Managers, supporting Moorabool Council in the construction of road works and bridge works in the Halletts Way/O’Leary Way Extension in Bacchus Marsh. 05.01.2022 RMG was engaged by the City of Greater Bendigo to develop a Risk Management Plan for the Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre. RMG worked with the City of Greater Bendigo and its stakeholders to develop a Risk Management Plan that included the following: - Identified project hazards;... - Analysis of the likelihood and potential consequences of adverse effects, and identifying any potential opportunities (existing or other) for avoiding, mitigating or managing project and operational risk to acceptable levels; - Prioritisation of risks in accordance with the risk ranking hierarchy; - Established residual risk treatment options and controls for extreme and high-risk categories; and - Developed mechanism for the continual monitoring for changes to risks and assessment of the effectiveness of controls. 03.01.2022 RMG was engaged by Regional Roads Victoria Safe Systems Road Improvement Program Team (SSRIP) to design Road Safety Barriers as part of the Victorian Government Towards Zero Initiative. RMG worked together with Regional Roads Victoria to provide Road Safety Barrier Designs within tight project timeframes. RMG was able to achieve this by bringing together its specialist Road Safety Barriers Designers to provide design for various situations, this included designs on the Calder Freeway, Hume Freeway, Mornington Freeway, Frankston Freeway, Midland Highway, Melton Highway, Beechworth-Wodonga Road, Pascoe Vale Road, Somerton Road, Sunshine Avenue, Vineyard Road and Koroit Creek Road.
