25.01.2022 Thank you, thank you, thank you! You just helped us raise $10,000 in 2 minutes! These donations will all be doubled, thanks to our extraordinary sponsors GMA Garnet Group. This means you have raised $20,000 for sick kids!... These funds will support little boys like Cobber, who has a rare joint problem and undiagnosed disorder. It gives Cobber's family a place to stay, every time he needs an appointment or operation. To date his family have stayed with us for 273 days, but there will many more stays to come. Thank you GMA for making this possible. Thank you also Up All Night Community! It is only through your generous support that we can care for these kids. You may not see the impact of your generosity, but our families feel it.
25.01.2022 9 News Perth's Louise Momber, who MCd Up All Night in 2019, is helping to brighten the day of the seriously ill kids at Ronald McDonald House. You too can #SendYourLove! Over recent weeks we have undertaken significant measures to protect seriously ill children and their parents from the spread of Covid-19. It means we've had to suspend a lot of the 'fun stuff' including play and learning with other kids at the House. ... Far from home, siblings, extended family and friends, we think these brave and brilliant kids could do with a little extra love! Throughout April were asking Western Australians from every walk of life and every corner of our incredible State to send love their way! Heres what to do: 1. Take a photo of yourself making a heart with your hands (use self-timer or ask a family member to help)! 2. Post your new heart hands photo on social media, with your message to the kids at RMHC WA and include the hashtags #RMHCWA and #SendYourLove 3. We have also created a special Facebook frame for your profile picture! Try it out: bit.ly/SYL_frames Join us WA and #SendYourLove to the families at Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia during these tough times #StrongerTogether
24.01.2022 First Aid Your safety on the night is always our top priority! To make sure you are always safe and cared for, there will be three medical teams from St John Ambulance to look after you. These mobile medical teams will be on bikes, just behind you as you complete the walk. If you find yourself in a situation where you require medical assistance please call 0488 773 822. If you are in an emergency situation please call first 000. After calling 000 you should also call 0488 773 822.

At this stage we do not expect that Up All Night will be affected. In the unlikely event that the virus is still affecting the community later this year, we have plans in place to ensure Up All night is an outstanding and safe experience for all. We will look to keep you updated if there are any changes to the pr...oposed event. We encourage you to join and follow the Up All Night Facebook Group to get all the latest updates and also to follow RMHC WA on Facebook or LinkedIn as we provide regular updates on our response to protecting the House environment and our families from COVID-19. 19.01.2022 Why are you walking? We all have different personal reasons for walking Up All Night 2019. Maybe there was someone close to you that stayed at Ronald McDonald House. Maybe you were in hospital when you were a child. Maybe you just learned about our House and have been driven to support the cause. Please share with us and your followers the reason why you are walking. It is this 'why' that will give you the strength to keep going when you feel like you can't go on. It is this why that will give you the strength to stay Up All Night.
19.01.2022 Who are you walking for? When it is midnight and you don't think you can keep walking, the friends and family walking with you will support you. It will be this family that will give you the strength to keep going. By raising funds for Up All Night, you are giving sick kids this same family support. When little Aria was diagnosed with cancer, we gave her and her mum a place to stay. But just as importantly, we also gave her sisters a place to stay. We did this because we knew... that having her sisters by her side will help Aria get through her chemotherapy. That having her sisters there to support her makes all the difference. So when you are out there, supported by your brothers and sisters, remember that feeling. Because this is the feeling you are giving a sick child fighting a big battle. You are walking for Aria. #WhoDoYouWalkFor #UAN2019 See more

06.01.2022 Who are you walking for? Very few know what it's like taking their child into ICU. Very few have spent months in hospital, bringing their child to operation after operation. What gives these brave parents the strength to get through this? A mother's love. A father's love. By raising funds for Up All Night, you will be supporting mums and dads that are giving up everything for their kids. You will be supporting mums like Chelsea, who watched her daughter be placed in a coma an...d go through nearly 100 sedations. You will be giving mums like Chelsea a room to sleep in, so she doesn't have to sleep in a hospital chair. You will give families like Chelsea's a place for her other kids to stay, so they can all be together in their time of need. It is only through the generosity of supporters like you that we were able to give Chelsea and her family a place to stay for 267 days - nearly half of baby Tahlea's life so far. You are supporting parents whose children are in ICU. You are walking for Chelsea. You are walking for her daughter Tahlea. #WhoDoYouWalkFor #UAN2019
06.01.2022 Catfit Top Training Tips: Food With all the extra walking you should be doing, you may be feeling a bit hungrier or wanting to know what you should eat to fuel your walks. We recommend a good breakfast of cereal or oats with some fresh berries if you are training in the morning. If you are training later in the evening perhaps some rice or sweet potato with your meal. You do not require a large "carb load" prior to the walk or long training walks, also keep fats and protein a little lower as you don't want your body trying to digest large meals while you are embarking on a 42 km walk.

01.01.2022 Who are you walking for? While you are doing this for every sick child at Ronald McDonald House, there may be someone that stands out to you when you think about who you are walking for. When it is 1 am and you have walked for hours. When you are exhausted and feel like giving up, it is the thought of this person that will get you through the marathon. It doesn't have to be a sick child at Ronald McDonald House. It could just be someone you know going through a really tough t...ime. Someone who is fighting a big battle. Someone who has to stay Up All Night. When your feet are tired and your legs are heavy, just remember why you're doing this and who you're doing it for. It is the thought of this person that will give you the strength to keep going. Please share with us and your followers who you are walking for. #WhoDoYouWalkFor #UAN2019 See more
01.01.2022 Who are you walking for? By supporting Up All Night 2019, you are walking for families like Cobber's. Cobber has a rare joint problem and undiagnosed disorder. He has been in and out of Ronald McDonald House his whole life. But Cobber has never let this stop him. He is a dare devil and can always be found having heaps of fun with his brother Munro. Cobber has stayed with us since he was a little baby and has bravely fought through every operation. When your legs are tired and... you feel like you can go on no longer, think about Cobber. Think about his mum Tegan, his brother Munro and his sister Avena. Think about how many times this family has stayed Up All Night. Thinking about this brave family will give you the strength to keep going. #WhoDoYouWalkFor #UAN2019 See more
