November 2019 we coordinated the Deadly Day of Science RMIT University with the assistance of The Boeing Company for the third year in a row. The 2019 artwork, designed by Torey Brooking, current Ngarara Willim and RMIT student, depicts country, culture, science and Melbourne. RMIT's Sir Lawrence Wackett Centre will be hosting the live event with commentary from their in-house aerospace gurus, Dr. Graham Dorrington and Professor Cees Bil After the first attempt was cancelled due to weather, NASA astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley will fly on SpaceX’s Crew Dragon spacecraft, lifting off on a Falcon 9 rocket on Sunday 4.30pm AEST.
