20.01.2022 If you are a part of the Inner West or enjoy visiting the Inner West, you probably have been to a gig here or at least know of this place. It’s something of an icon for the Enmore/Newtown area. They have a reputation for bringing quality music to the public, not to mention a platform for talented musicians. From my years in realestate in this area, the people who want to buy into this area take the noise of the area’s nightlife as part of the package and most want to be close to it. Of all the home owners and buyers I’ve chatted to, there is little concern of venues open past 12, and in fact is typically embraced. So where is all this negativity coming from??
