20.01.2022 Hey, hi, hello! I wanted to start to share some content I captured pre lockdown days. For those who don’t know, this is my sister and my beautiful nephew. My sister is having another baby, a little girl this time around and I couldn’t be happier for her. I got to find out the gender before her, her partner and my family so I could organise the gender reveal. She’s at high risk of delivering early, so after Melbourne went into lockdown, I wanted to make sure we got some photos of her belly that’s carrying her second little babe, her daughter. I was waiting by my phone, my sister had been in and out of hospital the last two weeks with issues with her pregnancy, running to the phone when I got a message off of her became normal as we waited to see how she was going every day. Well, last night at 11:37pm, my sister and her partner welcomed their newest little soul into the world. A little earlier than planned but she was ready. Tristan took this photo of me whilst I was receiving the first pictures of her. S...he is perfect. Normally, I would go to the hospital to see my sister and congratulate her on being an absolute fucking queen (I’m so proud of her I could cry) and meet my newest little niece, but the world isn’t normal at the moment. For now, FaceTime, photos and videos will do until restrictions are eased. Sweet Aylah, I can’t wait to meet you in person and to watch you grow. You are so loved.
