20.01.2022 It is devastating to see what is happening in our own backyard. The tragic bushfires and ongoing drought have our heartland facing enormous challenges. As a bra...nd that was born in the outback, R.M.Williams has long paid respect to the bush. It is an integral part of who we are and what RM himself cared for so deeply. At this time of need across the Australian community, we will strengthen our efforts to help our land and people recover and rejuvenate. We will stay focussed on this task, now and into the future. Since 1932 R.M.Williams has stepped up when the hat gets passed around, supporting our mates in good times and in bad. In that spirit and after much consideration, we have made the decision to partner with the Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (FRRR). The FRRR is a not-for-profit organisation that harnesses the power of collective investment between government, business and philanthropy to improve the lives of those living in rural, regional and remote Australia. Our partnership with the FRRR is a long-term commitment. Our initial support for the foundation will see us donating a quarter of a million dollars. And there will be more. Through this partnership we will continue to act and stay present in affected communities long after the current fires have been extinguished. From product donations for families in need, to utilising R.M.Williams staff for hands-on-deck engagement, we commit our unwavering support to you, and to the country that has given us so much. The talented young Bridie Palmer and her two registered Australian ...Stock Horses (PALMERS DELUX & PALMERS CHERISH - both descents of the proflic PALMERS BREEZETTE) have given us a sneak peak of their amazing trick riding rountine in preparation for Saturdays Gala Night. It seems this years Gala Night could be the be the best one so far. The line-up also includes; The R.M. Williams Stockhorse Ride, a Polocrosse demo, live artisits and an Invitational Working Cow Horse Competition. These acts will all be performed on Australian Stock Horses as we celebrate the "Breed for Every Need and Australias own horse.
