23.01.2022 Cleaning up after your pet and sanitising are important facets of pet ownership that are critical to the health and well-being of not only you and your family but to your home cleaners as well. Cleaning up fresh or days old caked on pet urine and faeces from floor surfaces (excluding carpets), walls or furniture inside your home will incur extra charges.

Due to price increases from our cleaning product supplier and fuel prices, we wish to advise that as @ 1 September 2019 our hourly rate will increase by $5.00 per hour. We have tried to keep our rate competitive but unfortunately we are unable to sustain at the current rate. We enjoy helping you to maintain your home and we look forward to continuing our working relationship.... 21.01.2022 Half way through another year already. I swear it was 1999 just yesterday!! It's been a year since we started our little cleaning service and we are still completely booked out Monday to Friday right up until next year. We'd like to thank everyone who continues to use our services and refers us to others. We know there are a couple of you who follow this page and have asked to be slotted in at some point this month or August. We will contact you shortly and touch base in this regard. 19.01.2022 Another crazy busy year is nearing an end. We will be working right up until Friday 21st December 2018...then we'll be taking a well deserved break for a couple of weeks. We'll start handing flyers out next month with your scheduled cleaning dates for the remainder of this year as well as your scheduled dates for January 2019.

18.01.2022 We will be having a short break the week of 18th September 2017. We will resume again on Monday 25th September 2017. Thank you to those who always pay on time. Unfortunately, too many people are still failing to pay for our services on the day. We are a very small business and can not continue to operate effectively if payments are consistently late. 17.01.2022 Hello everyone. How fast has this year gone so far. Easter is nearly upon us. We will be taking a short break from Good Friday (14th April) through to Easter Monday (17th April). We will resume cleaning again on Tuesday 18th April. :)

16.01.2022 September's snuck up again!?! I swear it was January just yesterday. We will be taking some time out to rest and recharge this month. We will speak to those who will be affected by this during the coming week.

16.01.2022 It's important to distinguish between general house cleaners, maids and specialised house cleaning services. We are general house cleaners. We mop, vaccum, dust and make your porcelain throne shine. We attack the dirt, grime, scum, dust etc. from the high to low surfaces in each room inside your home. If we see it, can reach it and access it easily then we'll clean it. Remember, if something is hard to reach, inaccesible or time consuming for you to do then it will be ...the same for us, so please bear this in mind when you're booking is only for 2hrs. We spot clean the obvious marks/dirty finger prints and hand marks on walls, light switches, doors and door frames. We clean skirting boards, kick boards, window sills, floors, food splashes on a kitchen window, hand marks on a glass sliding door entry/exit point and wipe over kitchen appliances and cupboards. We clean benches, tables etc. and do light dusting. If we miss something or you require something out of the ordinary to be done, please let us know prior to your next scheduled booking. Some jobs are specialised and require the right equipment. Other jobs around your home require your own personal touch. Please note, our services do not include the following:- *Carpet Cleaning *Whole House Window Cleaning *Curtains, Blinds or Fly Screens *BBQ/Oven Cleaning *Air-Conditioning Units *High Pressure Cleaning *Making beds/moving furniture/clearing away your clutter/doing dishes/washing or ironing.

This is our last post for 2017 and we'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy and Merry Christmas. Thank you for using our services throughout the year. 14.01.2022 ...when the cleaners arrive home to their whole house flooded. This happened to us a week ago. Burst flexi hose under kitchen sink was the culprit!!! It's taken 7 days to clean up the mess, dry out everything and get our place back in order. Thank you to the clients we had to cancel out on for your understanding. We are back on track and have resumed our regular schedule. A massive thank you to Carpet Cleaning Kings for coming to the rescue. They are more than a regul...ar carpet cleaner. 12.01.2022 November already and Christmas is fast approaching *yikes*!!! Our last working day for 2017 will be Friday 22nd December. We will resume cleaning again on Monday 8th January 2018. We are FULLY BOOKED right up until Friday 22 December 2017. Therefore, we are unable to fit in any requests or reshuffle bookings for any pre-Christmas house cleans, especially during those last few days prior to Christmas. If your house clean is a fortnightly booking and falls during the week... 11th December to 15th December, then you're next scheduled house clean will be in the New Year. We know some of you will be on holidays/going away during December/January so we will start touching base with everyone during the coming fortnight to see where everyone is at and rebook your regular house cleans for 2018. We've got fantastic clients and we appreciate all of you and thank you for your continued support throughout this past year.

06.01.2022 Friendly Reminder:- Our payment policy is "payment on the day" which is discussed with you at our inital meeting and walk through with you. Direct deposit or cash are accepted by us. Some clients prefer to leave cash for us, while others direct deposit automatically. We understand life is busy and forgetting to pay happens on odd occasions. However, regularly forgetting to pay, especially when you are home during the cleaning process, isn't acceptable. We turn up on time every time and give you our best every time. Be fair. Please pay on time. Thank you.

05.01.2022 We know that our clients want a good general clean, but every house and every client is different. To provide efficiency and productivity around your home and by doing a few pre-clean checks, such as moving items off the floor to allow easy access, or having everyone in your family put away their possessions in their rooms, you will have more cleaning done in the time you have booked. Depending on the time allowed for your clean, we will always tackle the bathroom, kitchen, t...oilet and floors as a priority. Keep in mind the condition and size of the kitchen and bathroom in your home (and if more than 1 eg ensuite/butler's pantry) as some require more time than others to clean effectively. You may have special areas in your home that you wish to draw our attention to. For example, an outdoor deck, childrens hand marks on walls, pet dog's nose prints on a glass door, dusty skirting boards or a baby's highchair. When listing your preferences think about having some areas cleaned on a rotational basis. For example, unused bedrooms or bathrooms may not need to be cleaned, vacuumed and mopped every visit. Some of our clients request that certain jobs be done monthly and rotated. Lists are helpful. Some clients make a list of their special priorities which helps immensely so that we know in what order to do the jobs they require to be done. We look forward to helping you keep your home clean.

05.01.2022 Hiring a house cleaner is a great way to free yourself and your family from regular cleaning chores but it takes a small amount of preparation on your part to get the most from your cleaning service. Picking up items from floors and a quick general tidy up around your home before we arrive helps us to help you. It will help ensure we spend the BULK of our time cleaning. Please remember we are a cleaning service only. Making beds, washing, hanging up washing, folding laundry and ironing are not included in the service we provide.
