25.01.2022 A set of old Fox forks saved, a new CSU would make these forks too expensive to repair. New uppers and bushes fitted, full service and the forks will be good for many years.

24.01.2022 We are super happy to announce that we are the official #ndtuned workshop for Australia. Tools and parts arrived today and we have already replaced 3 damaged or creaking CSU today. This fork has a large crack running around the crown which we found last week.

23.01.2022 Not much gets pasts our experienced and skilled technicians. Yes that is a crack in the CSU, I wouldnt want to be riding these forks when they go! New set of CSU and full service, customer will be enjoying the trails again and most importantly will be safe.

20.01.2022 First one off the bench for the day. A steerer tube replacement to a fork that had a steerer too short for the customers new bike. We took the opportunity to upgrade to fork to the new C1 air piston as well.

16.01.2022 Opps thats not supposed to happen! Catastrophic failure of the cartridge.

15.01.2022 Damper body had unwound from the Trunnion head, not only letting oil out but dirty oil back in! Full strip and rebuild, as you can see spotless before reassembly.

13.01.2022 Who dreamed of having a set of these back in the day? For the newbies and young ones, that was 1997! Done a few sets of Rock Shox from this era but these Manitous are a first. All set for someones retro project, and best of all fully functional not just a show piece.

13.01.2022 One of the oldest we have done since we opened. 2005-2008 first generation Fit RC2 damper with old Talas system. Talas have been upgraded to the newer Talas 5 platform and damper cartridge fully rebuilt. Needed some help with this one, as parts are no longer available.

08.01.2022 Something I have wanted to do for a while now. Finally found some time today. Eco refill station for @ridemechanic products. Always thinking about reducing our plastic footprint and now you can not only save your environment but save money at the same time! When you bring your empty bottle in for a refill you will be charged much less than buying a new bottle. We will have these Eco Refill Stations at both @rocknrollmtb and @rnr_suspension_specialists locations.

07.01.2022 Precision drilling. Always get nervous drilling these grub screws out, but as you can see by the stainless ball it needed to be done. The dial didnt turn and would have just became even harder to remove in the future. No short cuts, job fine right every time @rnr_suspension_specialists

03.01.2022 What else is there to do on a wet stormy Friday night but test the new machine.

02.01.2022 One competitors race saved. This customer dropped his blown shock off yesterday and all done in less than 24hours. Just in time for him to race WAGE GE Round 4 at the Goat Farm this weekend. Hit us up for the fastest turn around times in WA.

01.01.2022 Full strip and rebuild for this Float DPS rear shock. All done to the manufacturers specifications, with no down time for the rider, bike will be back on the trails this week.

01.01.2022 Last one for the day. The classic problem of the older Rock Shox Carbon CSU leaking air. Not anymore, rebuilt the forks into a new alloy XX CSU. We can replace damaged and marked stantion legs. Swap steerer tubes to either straight or tapered and fit new ones to make them longer. Remove that annoying creak from CSU that are outside warranty.
