Go and DO! ... Doing is an action. If you keep doing, then you will be thinking of what you are doing, feeling accomplished and getting results. The other day I was attempting a complex task, and I know I have the resources to complete this task, however my mind was not really on the job. I was therefore feeling that the task was too hard!
