18.01.2022 Happy New Year to all. These photos are another flash back to 1986 and if the notes are correct, they may not be, these are animals at Priorton. If anyone can let me know the name of the bull I would be most grateful. The colour has not held up as well as some from then but still allows us to think on better times when we could freely travel to meet people. Wishing everyone good health and safety in 2021.

13.01.2022 Flash Back Friday post for this week. When travelling in the UK and being the recipient of wonderful hospitality from Devon breeders at that time I was able to see a number of herds and their stock bulls in use. This bull is Kingston Lacey Liber at the Huxtable family property in North Devon 1986. Semen from this bull was imported to Australia by the Gibson family for use in their Tirranna herd. Descendants of Liber are still in the Tirranna herd.

12.01.2022 Another Flash Back Friday photo from 1986. Hascombe Bounty was the stock bull in Sir Harry Moore's herd at that time. At the age of 8 Sir Harry was looking to return him to the show ring. Quality in breeding. #fbf #devonbull #thankafarmer
