Not only does she choose to help our tballers learn how to hit, catch and throw a ball on Friday nights, she is making a big difference for animal wellbeing in Victoria. She is one to keep an eye on if you are looking for future leaders or role models for your kids. Well done Lib!!
22.01.2022 Hi All, We hope you are keeping well. Thought it would be timely to update you all on the pending pavilion build.... There have been some delays caused by the modular builder & Banyule Council not communicating during the permit application stage. Unfortunately this has lead to a sizable delay. We now have a tentative timeline to begin site works late September and have the new rooms completed late November. We are mindful this may impact on our ability to host our junior Summer program and are taking steps to ensure we have temporary facilities available during the construction phase so that the impact on the club is minimal. Delays were to be expected and we are still very excited about what these new facilities mean for a club of our size and cannot wait to be using them later this year. Stay safe, Stay well, Stay in touch and we will see you back at the ballpark very soon #Beepbeep Paul Crundwell PRESIDENT

05.01.2022 If you a) like baseball and b) like Pearl Jam, you may like this song written as part of one our juniors' school tasks. Song: Black by Pearljam Bases on an empty field... And deserted batting cage. Blades of grass blow in a breeze Where players once slid. My teammates would chant my name, for me to round the base. To score a big run. Now the game I love and I breathe is something I yearn. Oooooahhh..... And the game I thought was everything. Ooooaahhh..... I know I crave the game. That's for sure. If you've got other baseball stuff the kids develop, please share them as we could all use a little more baseball than we've been getting. If anyone from the club, MLB, or Baseball Victoria knows Eddie Vedder or others from Pearl Jam, flip this onto them. We know Eddie is a Cubs fan, but I am sure he would be a Roadrunner supporter and put these lyrics to good use. #Beepbeep.
