20.01.2022 In preparation for this weekends opening we'll be announcing some new trails over the coming days. Starting with BADGERS RUN At 2.65km long this trail starts... at the Sheffield trailhead and takes riders to a major trail junction. With sections of flow and gentle climbs, this trail is a great way to warm up before turning it up a notch. The name takes inspiration from the Badgers Range and the large stumps that appear to have been gnawed on by Badgers as part of Sheffield's early forestry days.

Riders who spend time on mellow terrain will likely opt for the "Low" setting ...which provides modern geometry numbers for aggressive trail riding. If you are riding steeper trails, you may prefer the "Lower" setting which drops the head angle from 65.1 to 64.5 and lowers the BB from 334.6 mm to 326.8 mm (on size medium). 07.01.2022 Due to the heavy rain forecast late today we have decided to close the Dial Range MTB trails until at least Sunday. This will include the Montgomery Loop, Iron... Tor, and Ironcliffe Ridge trails. The Penguin MTB Park shall remain open. The Iron Tor trail had over 500 riders on the first weekend alone so giving them a break with this rain coming will prevent any further damage. We will access the trail conditions on the weekend but assume it will need several days to dry sufficiently. See more
