Enjoying Yoga at Ten Miles East in Norton Summit, a wonderful tasting of their special & unique wines & the most delicious lunch from Shaker maker foods!! Thank you to our yogis for sharing your practice with us, Chris & your lovely wife, your love of this beautiful vineyard & Shakermaker foods - oh my goodness completely spoilt with the yummo lunch!... 25.01.2022 A year we will all remember for a long time.... It was the year of looking for silver linings, being adaptive & open to change. The year for challenging our minds, bodies & souls. Inviting gratitude for what we have in our life.... These lovely zenners worked their booties off all to support women doing it tough around Australia!!... All proceeds from todays barrecamp when towards supporting Catherine House Catherine House provides accommodation and support services for women experiencing homelessness in South Australia. THEIR MISSION Through a recovery oriented focus, women are offered a safe, supportive environment with opportunities to achieve improved personal and economic wellbeing.
