18.01.2022 My beautiful Comfrey If there's one plant I'd ever recommend it'll be comfrey. Can't tell you how old mine is however I'm sharing it's beauty and the various ways I use it.... Compost activator. Adding fresh leaves to compost unit will help breakdown matter quicker. Comfrey garden tea. Placing leaves inside a stocking or fine weaved bag, suspended in a bucket over a period of weeks will be ready to give you a pungent smelling, natural, cheap and oh so blooming good complete liquid fertilser. Nitrogen booster. Bury chopped leaves in garden beds or potted plants for healthy leaf growth. Nature's Bone knitter. Applied topically fresh or infused oil then made into a salve to aid the healing process for broken bones, fractures, minor muscle strains, bruises and dry skin...Great for cracked heels and dry hands Generously gives new roots I share seedlings and leaves for those who seek. #sharethelove Attracts 's when purple flowers are in bloom.
