18.01.2022 Training begins for the Australian drug free powerlifting national championships in August..week 1...170kg @ 81kg.

04.01.2022 Had a great day at the AUSTRALIAN DRUG FREE POWERLIFTING CHAMPIONSHIPS over the weekend at Remark...Due to Michael juggling football for Two Wells ( under 17 captain ) and powerlifting, this was only his second competition this year. With only an 8 week preparation and a little help from some WPC , BCAA and some MALTODEXTRINE He was still able to take a couple of national records in the T2 category for 117.5kg squat and 75kg bench at 62.5kg..I managed a couple of records also in the M2 category with a 222.5kg squat and 130kg bench. For this competition I was using WPC, BCAA, AAKG, CREATINE and MALTODEXTRINE..still a little work to go to improve both our bench press and deadlifts with both of us just missing our last deadlifts ( and records) with 150kg and 230kg....
