22.01.2022 Monday Cardio 24 Minutes Equipment Slam ball and Kbell Complete each exercise for 1 minute x 4 rounds. ... 1 Sideways hop over a cone or Dumbell or drink bottle and back 2 Figure 8 Agility sprint. Sprint in the figure 8 around two objects 3) Slam balls/ thrusters /squat jump etc 4 Run Burpee then run back Burpee. If you inside a small space just burpees 5 5 high knees e/s 1 star jump repeat 6 Sprinting on the spot . High knees and swing your arms Finisher. Complete 100 slam balls or if you don’t have a slam ball,Kbell swings, Or squat jumps or thrusters for time. Then tomorrow complete 100 slamballs or alternative again and try beat your time. If you fail complete 50 burpees

17.01.2022 Haven’t been on here for a while but a few old clients have asked for some help with some workouts so hear it is . So honestly who else has done zilch since last Monday just like me. So starting today I’m gonna put up a daily workout and a daily to do or not to do list for you guys. Day 1 workout... Time: 30 Minutes Equipment: your body Make sure you warm up This workout is made up of 3 exercises that repeat and build in reps. Feel free to choose your own 3 exercises. Today maybe pushup (I’m doing pull-ups), situps, and squats or squat jumps. Like a triple superset working different parts of the body. Or maybe pick 3 cardio exercises for the burpee lovers . Or make it a compound workout choosing 3 exercises using the same muscle group . Pick your poison Reps/exercises 1 Pushup 2 Situps 3 Squats 4 Pushups 5 Situps 6 Squats 7 Pushups 8 Situps 9 Squats 10 Pushups 11 Situps 12 Squats 13 Pushups 14 Situps 15 Squats 16 Pushups 17 Situps 18 Squats 19 Pushups 20 Situps 21 Squats 22 Pushups 23 Situps 24 Squats 25 Pushups 26 Situps 27 Squats 28 Pushups 29 Situps 30 Squats Total: 465 reps Optional: For a harder challenge, complete the drill again in reverse. 15.01.2022 Happiness is finding cauliflower pizza bases pre made in woolies. Tried and tested and they are amazing At 70 calories and 13 grams of carbs per serve that's a heck of a lot better than a standard pizza base that comes in at around 320 calories and 54 grams of carbs per serve.

08.01.2022 Thursday Cardio Time: 20 Minutes Equipment: a coin and your lungs ... Flip a coin. If it lands on heads complete each exercise for 1 minute x 4 rounds. If it lands on tails, complete each exercise for 2 minutes x 2 rounds. 1) Explosive star jumps or froggie jumps 2) Half Burpee 3) skipping / high knees 4) Side hurdle jump (jump lateral over a kettle bell, cone of drink bottle the side jump back over 5) jump forward sprint back Finisher Flip a coin ten times. Each time it lands on tails complete 10 burpees before the next flip. Have fun let me know how you go

01.01.2022 Family fun workout FITNESS FOR THE FAMILY Hi Team want to entertain the kids and exercise ? I’m cleaning out my computer and just found these so I’ll post one a day for 10 days .... Search for the words. Once you find one complete the exercise written next to it. Keep going until you've completed the whole puzzle and found all the words. TIPTo make it harder, you can hold a plank position or wall sort while you're finding the word. Or have one do the exercise while one finds the word Please share pics and videos if you guys having fun with the family
