11.01.2022 Hi everyone, Just a quick update: Due to the ongoing Covid19 pandemic and shortage in supply, we unfortunately have to temporarily stop selling our wholesale roast ducks until further notice. However while we won't be selling our roast ducks whole, you can still get your roast duck fix as we will still be serving our roast ducks in meal form with your choice of rice/noodles/salad. Attached is the recipes for the three types of dumplings showcased and taught today. Happy Cooking! EDIT: Just an update, there is a slight error in the recipe. The measurements for the prawns in the prawn wonton recipe should be 500g rather than 300g.
