18.01.2022 Have you ever taken the opportunity to "look over your counter" as a customer would? What would they see? A mess, papers files, cups, rubbish, or maybe other peoples files, quotes? Or organised efficiency? I know of businesses you can walk into locally & see private clients files lying around, other peoples quotes or hear private conversations with other clients. Is this how you would like your business to be seen by your current or prospective clients? Not only is it a bad reflection of your business practices it is probably an indication of the type of service your clients are getting. Go on walk around the counter and have a "look" from a customers perspective. Until next time, good business.

Most businesses have large scope for improving their productivity (production, profitability, efficiency...) and it needs to take place on an ongoing basis, technically known as Continuous Improvement.
