Well as the working week ends for most on a Friday I thought we could all FEEL TEAL and ROCK the TEAL this weekend, so we can TEAL the BEAT.that is "Tell Every Amazing Lady" The BEAT - The 4 main symptoms of ovarian cancer. B - is for Bloating E - is for Eating a small amount & feeling full. A - is for Abdominal & Pelvic Pain... T - is for Trouble with urinary Frequency. The TEAL the BEAT campaign. BEAT not only stands for the 4 main symptoms of ovarian cancer that we are educating women about. It also stands for that we are going to fight and BEAT ovarian cancer, which means we are going to save ladies lives and therefore also represents the Heart BEAT of the ladies lives we are going to save. How are we going to educate and spread our message about awareness to ladies not only across Australia but across the GLOBE. It will be through the BEAT of music. 03.01.2022 I was challenged to do a polar plunge in Antarctica, I normally dont do water under 26, but to do the swim for MAQ fundraising in -1 water with ice bergs floating by and a vodka shot waiting back on the ship, was a challenge that I could not pass up.
