In the first instance this will be through telephone consults and will move to video consults if determined as required by your doctor. 17.01.2022 Thank you all for being compliant and wearing face masks when attending your appointments. Over the past month we have given hundreds of masks out for free. Unfortunately we are unable to continue to supply face masks. Robertson pharmacy are selling both individual and boxes of masks and the post office have a small supply left. There are also some clever ladies in town making fabric 3 layer face masks. Please contact me at the practice if you would like the contact details for ordering the fabric masks. Stay safe, sanitise your hands and continue to practice social distancing.

14.01.2022 NOTICE TO PATIENTS, ALL MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY & VISITORS TO OUR PRACTICE From Monday 23rd March 2020 you should not attend the practice until you have been thoroughly triaged by practice staff. DO NOT JUST WALK INTO THE PRACTICE. We must ensure no infectious persons enter. We are now able to do telephone and teleconference consults for those aged 70 & over, those with chronic disease or illness, those with compromised immune systems (cancer, heart, lung, blood pressur...e conditions) and pregnant women. DO NOT COME TO THE PRACTICE IF you are suffering symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath, recent travel history or contact with any person with positive COVID-19 result. Call and we will assist you with details of what to do. If your symptoms are SEVERE you should present to your nearest emergency department. Our practice will be enforcing social distancing guidelines so please be prepared to follow instructions you are given if you are within the practice environment. This will include approaching reception staff and their surrounds. There may be patients sitting in the waiting room who are wearing masks and gloves, please be assured they will not be infectious patients. They will be patients who need to be seen by doctors and must wear masks and gloves to protect themselves or members of their family who are immunosuppressed, elderly or suffering chronic disease or illness. Please, no judgement of anyone and be respectful of others at all times. Thank you for your assistance in keeping our community as safe as we can. We will continue to update you on this ever evolving situation.

09.01.2022 COVID 19 UPDATE- On Friday 24th July 2020 our practice received advice from the Secretary of NSW Health regarding the need for practice staff and patients to wear face masks when attending the practice. Please be advised it is now a requirement that all patients will need to have masks on if they wish to attend the practice in person. Please note this includes attending for pathology services. The need for physical distancing and hand hygiene is still required and will conti...nue to be practiced by both staff and those attending. When you arrive at the practice for your appointment please call us from your car to let us know you have arrived. There is no need to arrive earlier than your appointment time. Please ensure you have your mask on before exiting your car as you will not be able to enter the practice without your mask on. There will be no waiting in our waiting rooms. We are able to offer Telehealth consults. If you think your consult can be dealt with via Telehealth please let us know. Things that can be done via a Telehealth consult include scripts, referrals and getting results. Thank you for working with us to keep our community safe.
