Thank you to Mick Tyrrell & his family team at Full Throttle BBQ for putting the event on, Billy Ray & Bella Clark from The Red Dot Chilli Company, for being co sponsors with us, supplying amazing products to heat these hot wings. Special mention to all contestants that put their bodies on the line for the competition. ... Congratulations to Brett Slaney, who absolutely smashed the competition, 7 rounds starting from mild & then Brett had won by the end of the 7th round & then took on the extra challenge that we had in reserve incase there was a tied event. Brett happily took on that challenge of one chicken wing with 12,000,000 SHU extract on it. Check out the photo where I am displaying a knife, that is the extract on the knifes tip.
