10.04.2022 On Saturday 30 April the Singing Lake Café is re-opening with an exciting new Middle Eastern look and a new menu of dishes from Morocco to Iran. The new menu will be on our website shortly. Initially, opening days will be Friday to Sunday from 11 to 3.. For bookings or information call Leisa on 0409 721 456.

26.03.2022 Autumn is here and it is beautiful! Our opening hours for Easter are: Good Friday closed, Easter Saturday 10 - 5, Easter Sunday 10 - 5, Easter Monday 10 - 4. And the first good news is that the Singing Lake Café will be opening again shortly!! Sadly not in time for this weekend. And the next good news is that concerts will be resuming in the Swigmore Hall in June!!!... Happy Easter to you all!!!! See more

18.03.2022 Vintage 2022 has started for us. We picked our first Verdelho grapes on Friday 18 Feb. A later start than usual and a slightly smaller crop this year but the grapes are beautiful - lovely flavours.
