25.01.2022 With the release of my new song 'Enough' I want to use this time to bring awareness to something close to my heart - Mental Health & Suicide Prevention. SOS Yo...rkes have just released their 2021 calendar that incorporates the mental health stories of Yorke Peninsula Locals. I feel so honoured to be apart of this and to share my story, I hope to see this calendar in the homes of many, and for my story to help others in knowing they are not alone! So make sure you pick up a copy, head to the SOS yorkes Facebook page to find a copy! I would also like to shout out to Ski for Life, earlier this year I attended my first Ski for Life weekend and loved every minute of it. While on Ski for Life, I also had the opportunity to speak on South Aussie with Cosi about mental health awareness and share a bit about myself. Later this year Ski for Life also invited me for a live stream interview! Ski for Life raises fund for mental health and suicide prevention initiatives and as SOS yorkes is doing just that with their 2021 calendar, they were able to get the funding with Ski for life for the project! A big shout out to both organisations for your incredible work in mental health awareness and suicide prevention! Being involved in these organisations, sharing my music and speaking out about my story and struggles feels so incredible.
