24.01.2022 What a day! Application to Approval within 4 hours! Congratulations to our lovely Clients Whether it’s a sports car, a family car, or even a first car, not many of us have the cash on hand to buy a vehicle outright.... But just as there are all kinds of cars on the market, there’s also a huge range of loans available. And just like with cars, some will be more ‘you’ than others. That’s where we can help. Instead of simply accepting the loan your car dealer offers you, we put you in control - helping you choose from a panel of lenders, to find the loan that’s right for you. Best of all, we do all the legwork (and all the paperwork). So if you’re ready to get in the driver’s seat with your car loan, contact us today.

21.01.2022 We are open and we are a Covid safe business. Wearing a face mask, sign in with QR codes and sanitise hands is a condition of entry. However, if you have been in the Greater Sydney region, including the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour appointments will be changed to phone or zoom appointments. Phone or zoom appointments are welcome for everyone.

16.01.2022 Thinking or wanting to renovate over the upcoming break? Book in and speak to us regarding the finance option. 0248621215 or 0410 649 047.

16.01.2022 In 2020, COVID-19 certainly changed a lot about the world we live in and we saw the property market slow down throughout lockdown. However, we have come out the other side and prices are healthier than ever and first time buyers are unconcerned by the economic confusion the pandemic has caused. The sheer volume of first timers (120,000 have had loan approvals in the last year)** entering the market to buy or build is extraordinary. But, because buying is a new experience for these buyers, there are understandably lots of questions and some general myths (often brought on by anecdotes passed from person to person) that I’m debunking on the daily. Here are some of the questions I’m coming across lately, answered for the good of next year’s buyers. https://www.loanmarket.com.au//robert/news/get-the-downlow

16.01.2022 Can I get a loan to renovate my property? When you think about a renovation project, images of knocking down walls, council permits, and months of inconvenience might spring to mind. But a renovation project doesn't always have to be big it really can be anything from upgrading a kitchen or installing a pool, to building a granny flat. Whatever the scale of your renovation project, chances are you'll need to finance it, unless of course, you've had a big win on the lotto.... Remember - renovations can add value You have two main options if you choose to finance through a lender: A personal loan - which is unsecured Mortgage finance - secured on the property The right option for you will depend on the scale of the renovation and your financial situation. Loan Market brokers take the time to understand the ins and outs of your renovation goals. And, because they understand different lenders' criteria (and who's approving quickly) they can work to get your finance organised fast so your renovation plans don't come to a halt before you've drilled the first hole. https://www.loanmarket.com.au//can-i-get-a-loan-to-renovat

09.01.2022 Borrowers could have better odds The biggest changes to lending in Australia are being debated right now, and the winner could very well be first home buyers. It’s all come about because the treasurer says lenders have become too conservative, and he wants them to loosen up. ... Today, under the current laws, lenders are required to conduct rigorous risk assessments when a buyer seeks a loan. These laws were, in short, a response to the global financial crisis. And effectively, those laws make the bank responsible for the decision to lend to you. These proposed new laws will put the ball in the borrower’s court. Aspiring homeowners can have every bit of their spending analysed. Not that it is such a bad thing - we are talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars and it’s important you can handle the debt. But, the government is looking to make a change. What will it mean for you? See link below https://www.loanmarket.com.au//borrowers-could-have-better

05.01.2022 Variable or fixed? It’s a big question that many people consider when taking out a home loan. So what is the difference?... A variable interest rate home loan means that the loan can change. This means, your repayments may increase if rates go up however on the plus side they may decrease if rates go down. A fixed interest rate home loan means that the interest rate is locked in for a certain amount of time, it might be 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years. So, your loan repayments remain the same over the fixed-rate term. Do you know which you would prefer to go with? Let’s dive into the pros and cons to help give you a better picture of what suits your situation.

02.01.2022 Why so many Australians are building rather than buying in 2020 There’s a land rush happening across Australia bolster by grants and incentives, and premium house prices.
