24.01.2022 The few utensils we used to remove a piece a rubber that fell down a spark plug hole onto the top of the piston. Took some hours but we got it back out!

We spent it out in the hail storm pulling a tailshaft out for a customer so we could get his car into the shop under protection. Tailshaft had to be removed as the vehicle was stuck in gear. She asked if they could give her any assistance in fitting these universal racks that just clip on. They refused and said she needs to go home and fit them herself. We now understand why ...
