14.01.2022 FAQ #4. How much paint will I need? Answer. Calculate your roof SURFACE area. Divide by 50. That is the minimum amount of 20 litre buckets you MUST apply to the roof. Depending on your application method, this may require more than two coats.

14.01.2022 FAQ #5. Does your warranty cover fading? Answer. NO. All roof coatings will fade in time. However, premature fading (within the first few years) is not normal and should be addressed in a timely manner. Do not wait until the coating has completely deteriorated before contacting your painter.

06.01.2022 FAQ #1 Can the sealer be added to the colour and applied at the same time Answer: NO. This is not a thing. If your painter has done this, they have neither sealed nor painted you roof. What they have done is void your warranty.

05.01.2022 FAQ #3. What does the warranty cover? Answer. When the FULL Tilemaster system is applied according to the directions and specifications on the Tilemaster Data Sheets, Robertson's Paints warrants that Tilemaster will not peel flake or blister for a period of 12 years. Warranty is limited to a refund of the purchase price, or the replacement of the product only.
