06.01.2022 Michael Ray and I had a great opportunity to train the Bacchus Marsh Firetails Netball squad today! This is truly a phenomenal group of young ladies, of developing athletes and all round great humans! Thank you Natalie Strike for inviting us to participate in some conditioning training!

04.01.2022 More cardio is often not the answer to the issue. More cardio tends to be a cover up for not knowing or wanting to tackle poor eating habits, bad sleeping patterns or excessive stress. Exercise is perceived by your body as stress and therefore reacts to it as a stressor! Although you feel great doing the exercise your cortisol (stress hormone) will react accordingly! By increasing the intensity of exercise or adding more cardio due to no definitive results is counter produc...tive and does more damage than good! Less is sometimes more!
