Favour to ask, you would have seen all over the news last week the story of Sarah who was coming from Canberra to farewell her father. The pictures are heartbreaking. Sarah is Shaun’s girlfriend. She’s out of quarantine tomorrow, I’ll pick her up at 9.30 and run her to her parent’s house. I’m sure this is going to be a very happy reunion. Her covid test came back negative, as we knew it would coming from covid-free Canberra! She has had so much wonderful support from complete strangers flowers, letters, care packs etc, it’s been lovely to see. There is a Brisbane man who wanted to help her but didn’t know how so he has started a GoFundMe Page for her to help her cover her quarantine costs and give some money to her Mum to help cover some of the funeral costs. Depending how much can be raised, there is the possibility of setting up a trust fund to cover some of Isobel’s future education expenses. There are so many scammers out there that before we have shared this with anyone, we wanted to make sure it was all above board.
