23.01.2022 We've got this far through the season don't let the grubs get the best of your crop. Talk to your agronomist or give us a call directly for quality and affordable insecticide spray by air. Give us a call to get the plane in

22.01.2022 This is what mouse damage in a crop looks like from the air. Took this photo while flying over the Victorian Mallee. Nutrien Ag Solutions_Au

18.01.2022 My interview with ABC Rural for #countryhour and the #ruralreport about the "All done by air" canola crop. https://www.abc.net.au//western-victoria,-mildura/12671728

18.01.2022 Great shot taken by Maree Hodge whilst I was spraying their canola. Thanks for the work and the photo

17.01.2022 CANOLA CROPPING FROM THE AIR Could it be an Australian first.... a canola crop sowed, fertilised and sprayed entirely from the air? This crop is on a fa...rm between Tungamah and Dookie, Victoria on rising country that's prone to water-logging and couldn't carry a tractor at sowing time. So aerial operations were completed by Jim Robins of Robins Aviation. I’ve sown lots of things, oats, wheat, barley with the plane and had good success but I hadn’t done canola," he said. "And this is the first time I’ve done all the steps along the way and it’s been really pleasing to see. It’s been fascinating and really pleasing to watch it, having done everything with the aeroplane." : Jim Robins

13.01.2022 It's incredibly therapeutic cleaning up around the place. This is the best bit!

12.01.2022 Anyone who has been following me on twitter may have seen my regular updates to a paddock of canola that I did the knock-down spray, sown, top dressed with urea twice, done a grass and fungicide spray on. The paddock was too wet for machinery and the entire crop has been done by me with only the aeroplane. Pretty proud of it and I was contacted by Angus Verley at the ABC for a radio interview which is to be broadcast tomorrow on the rural report and the country hour. Keep an ear out if you're interested https://twitter.com/robinsaviat/status/1308260695411023873

06.01.2022 A special thought for the great community of Mungindi today, a place I hold close to my heart having called it home for many years. A terrible fire caused the loss of Reds Butcher shop, the SPAR supermarket and PJ's Clothing and Ware's. Struggling with the continued drought and the crazy lockdown laws for a town that sits on both sides of the Queensland NSW border and 150kms to the nearest service providers, this has just made life even more difficult.... Thankfully no one was hurt. Hopefully they can rebuild soon. Thoughts for all my Mungindi friends
