08.01.2022 Construction update, Commencement of the remaining concrete works was postponed this week due to rainfall. These works are now scheduled to commence next week and will take approximately 10 days.... We anticipate Stage 1A lots will be ready for valuation by early March. Further details and firm dates will be provided once concreting works are complete. Photos of these works will be posted in next Friday’s update.

Whilst we were limited to two and a half days of concrete work by this week’s high temperatures, we anticipate next week’s cooler weather will enable concrete works to progress without disruption.
