22.01.2022 This is the car that started it all. Back in the late 2000's Rob was asked by an old Robnell customer and long time friend if he wanted some work putting together a Boss 302 he'd just bought. Rob then set about restoring the car to original condition and eventually went as far as chalk marking and stamping parts as the production lines did.... We can't really say this is a Concours restoration as the customer wanted the diff narrowed to get a decent offset rear wheel under the wide hips of the car but aside from that, everything all the way down to searching the US for the correct stamped carburetor was as close to original. The friends of the owner convinced him to take this car and his newly finished, near identical, racecar to the 2010 Mustang Round up and State Concours where this car took 'Most Outstanding Mustang' of the day and the racecar also too out 'Best Motorsport Mustang". It was from here that word spread and another long time friend and Robnell customer offered him the oppertunity to restore nearly all the car's in his private collection.

20.01.2022 CSX3150 has quite the history behind it. The vehicle was first built and painted Silver Mink in the UK before being shipped to the US and then back to the UK on December 8th of 1965. The car was the painted Red (as seen in French magazine) by Ford UK and then sent to the Belgium Auto show of 1966.... The car then found its way back to the UK where it was converted to RHD in 1976 by Brian Angliss. The car was painted Blue somewhere along the line found its way over to Australia where it was sold again in 2004. It was painted red yet again and a hardtop was sourced for the vehicle. Our customer then bought the car to add to the other cobras in his private collection including a 429ci Robnell (No.16) and a 289ci AC, being CSX2105. The car underwent restoration which included contacting the Shelby registry in the US for all factual information which was used to get the car as close to how it was produced back in 1965.

20.01.2022 A Customer’s 1971 Camaro nearing completion. A bit of carby tuning and timing. Very keen to get this car on the road! Will be superb

19.01.2022 This nice 1967 Mustang was dropped to us during the week to have some driveability and folding roof issues fixed. One side of the roof wasnt coming up from rest and the passenger side wasnt extending to the windscreen properly. We found the passenger side main rail to be slightly bent preventing it from fully entending and the lagging side had a bypassing ram. With these items fixed the roof now operates well.... Upon a quick inspection of the motor we found the choke stuck on, idle set incorrectly, a shockingly dirty air filter and a non-existent points gap. All these things were rectified and set properly and now the car drives nice and smoothly. Back to the customer for weekend cruising duties.

13.01.2022 This car was brought in for a basic semi-concourse restoration and some fairly major rust repairs in the rear of the car, then a fresh respray. The vehicle was stripped and taken back to bare metal before having any rust fixed and repainted in the factory yellow paint it came with originally. It was then meticulously put back together with everything fitted as it should have been. ... This is just a stunning car and a very rare sight in Australia.

12.01.2022 This customer came to us with the aim of building his newly acquired '64 Falcon Sprint into something that was quicker than a 996 GT3, as comfortable as a Bmw and had all the characteristics of a proper muscle car. The customer could not be happier with how this car turned out and nor would anyone. Featuring:... - Man'O'War 427ci stroker crate motor, - Tremec TKO 5spd, - PFC 4 Piston 330mm Front Brake Package, - Revised front suspension geometry with BA falcon power steering rack and Penske Racing coilover's, - Seamless RHD conversion done in house inlcuding mirroring the factory dashboard and a custom guage cluster, - Custom A/C system using Vintage Air kit - Custom proper tuned length Hand fabricated headers and stainless exhaust - Adjustable rear roll center and Penske shocks - Rear disk brake conversion - Tru Trac LSD center - Custom hand made interior with rear Bucket seats and lap-sash belts - Interior seats, grab handles and console finished in BMW red leather, And the list could go on... Anyone that has seen this car in person knows it has been finished to an incredible standard and clearly exhibits the quality of workmanship that comes from the Robnell Concours stables.

11.01.2022 Installing a set of Refurbished Robnell 17" Halibrands on the car in the workshop. Centers use the same 6-stud style hub that the originals used and will actually fit on CSX cobras. Fun Facts with Robnell Concours.

05.01.2022 This car didn't really need much in the way of restoration but the owner wanted it to stand out from the crowd so that request was met with a Quad Weber Manifold holding 4x 48mm DCOE carbs. It was then tuned, detailed and and given back to the customer to enjoy.
