23.01.2022 A pretty good day! We moved1040 kg of Fertiliser 1.2 meters! There is always a moment when your heart is in your mouth the first time you test a new design. It will be another 15 years before this even needs new bearings.

07.01.2022 Sometimes things do not go to plan. Sometimes as part of the design process we need to make a few iterations to ensure the product we deliver is going to last the distance. I engaged Beach Wagner to validate my design for the machine frame and it was going to fail in about 10 years. It is amzing what great tools like Autodesk Inventor can do! Now we were faced with a choice, do we do a Volkswagen USA and sweep it under the carpet or do we re-design and do it right? 02.01.2022 Another day another invention. Here we have a Messersì VR70 automatic pallet strapper to be integrated into a centralised pallet strapping and wrapping line. We are working directly with the factory in Italy to procure and integrate into a production line. Maximum capacity 30 pallets per hour.
