23.01.2022 CBA boss Matt Comyn has set a new tone, predicting house prices are now on track to rise +5% next year. When this pandemic kicked off they were predicting a 32% drop and the media were in a frenzy. We've said all along that this idea of a huge housing crash was massively over exaggerated and would look more like a small dip followed by a growth period. IMO the housing market has hit bottom and is in recovery phase now... if you have the ability, now is the time to buy.
