23.01.2022 As property managers, we get called out at unusual times to attend to property issues or emergencies. Recently we’ve had a spate of HWS leaks, underground plumbing leaks, fallen trees and electrical issues.. Our role is to assess the urgency, put a plan in place, arrange quotes, schedule works, manage contractors and tenants during this period and inspect repairs once carried out. ... We liaise with the landlords and tenants throughout the entire process so that everyone knows what’s going on.. 11.01.2022 DAY 1: open the box. I’m always working through my lunch break ‘cos I’m a workaholic! But now, I will look forward to pausing everyday for 20 minutes (no, let’s make that 15 minutes!) to spend time working on this puzzle BOLLON ON THE WALLAM from local artist Rebecca Jane. (500 pieces x 20 minutes a day = let’s see how long it takes). I will post progress photos so you know I’ve not cheated and just bought one already assembled..WATCH THIS SPACE..looking forward to seeing the finished result.
