11.01.2022 As a volunteer for Ronald McDonald House, I was given the opportunity this morning to have an extensive guided tour of our new children's hospital. To say it is awe inspiring is an understatement. From the wards to the play areas, Starlight Foundation room, hydrotherapy pool, emergency dept and Ronald McDonald family rooms, this hospital is world class and even though there have been lots of delays it will be worth the wait once it opens. The hospital itself and Ronald McDonald House are going to need more volunteers, so if it is something you have been thinking of doing, please in box me and I'll point you in the right direction. Trust me it is a truly humbling experience.
