14.01.2022 Today is the last day to place orders online for despatch before our Easter holiday closure. Orders placed after today will be processed on April 19th. We apologise for any inconvenience.

14.01.2022 Mosaico will be closed from Wed 29th August until Saturday 1st September. All orders placed before midnight tonight (Tuesday) will be despatched prior to closure. All orders placed from Wed 29th August will be despatched Monday 3rd September.

09.01.2022 Mosaico is back open, and all orders received during Holiday Closure have been despatched today. Home Studio Open Day is on tomorrow from 8am to 4pm. See you there! :D

08.01.2022 Orders placed during holiday closure will begin processing today for despatch on Monday. Mosaico's email server is currently experiencing issues and we currently cannot receive email. All orders are processing as per normal, but for email enquiries please send a Facebook message until the issue is resolved.

06.01.2022 New Home Studio Open Day Hours: As online orders are increasing and there has been a decrease in studio visits, Home Studio Open Days will revert to original hours; 9am-3pm Tuesdays during term only, closed on NSW school and public holidays. Due to the holiday closure and Easter public holidays, there will only be one Home Studio Open Day in April, on Tuesday April 4th.

06.01.2022 Holiday Closure Mosaico will be closed from Friday 25th November to Sunday 11th December, 2016. All orders placed up to 24th November will be shipped prior to closure. Orders placed during holiday closure will be sent Monday 12th December. Home Studio Open Days will not take place over the holiday closure (29th November and 6th December), resuming Tuesday 13th December. The last Home Studio Open Day before Christmas will be on 20th December. There will be no Open Day on 27th December, resuming weekly from Tuesday 3rd January. Online orders will not be despatched on public holidays over the Christmas and New Year period due to AusPost closure.

06.01.2022 Mosaico will be closed from Thursday 7th June until Thursday 14th June. Orders received by midday Wednesday 6th June will be sent prior to this closure. There will be no Home Studio Open Day on 12th June. Orders can still be placed online during this closure period and will be despatched on 15th June.

04.01.2022 Normal email functionality has been restored, and email enquiries sent during holiday closure will begin being answered this weekend.
