14.01.2022 Just randomly I’m feeling so thankful for my health today. It hits me often that my Mum passed away at the very young age of 48 years old, which is a bit sobering to think that’s only 5 years from where I am right now!!! I’m feeling privileged to enter my mid 40s with energy and contentment for the healthy way I have & continue to age Don’t obsess about your weight and what the scales say, nurture your health and well-being & as simple as it sounds SMILE often - which hig...hlights the very best version of yourself .... and don’t forget to have regular medical check-ups! 05.01.2022 2nd DEC NOT A DAY FOR FIGHTING It was one of those heavy days. Where the days’ up was my down. My black was it’s white. My left it’s right. It just felt off, unbalanced, from the moment I opened my eyes today.
