10.01.2022 Hey there aqua folks, Here's the classes still available to Xmas. Tonight at 6pm, we are doing the Tabata and Tethers class that we had to cancel after last week's electrical storm. Other classes are still on Wed 16th, Mon 21st and Wed 23rd Dec. We will also fit another one in on Wed 30th..sorry none on the 28th -it's my birthday. I will not be teaching from January 6th till 15th Jan but I have an instructor covering for me. My classes will resume at Woree in Monday, 20th and Wed, 22nd. The 27th Jan is a public holiday. 08.01.2022 Aqua aerobics on Wednesday at Woree Pool features a fabulous upper body workout with frisbees...yep, that's right, the good ol' versatile frisbee. See you at 6pm to join in our deep water running session accompanied with a shallow water workout with a frisbee.

08.01.2022 To the ladies who attended tonight's aqua class...guess what, I solved the stereo system breakdown when I got home. I decided to find a few tools to pull the system apart myself and found that last class's CD was jammed at the back preventing the door closing. Hopefully, that's a good sign the bad luck streak of the week is done and dusted...winning Aqua Drumming returns on Monday.
