24.01.2022 Lovely to be doing some catering again! This morning's effort, for a small family gathering. Fruit flans, raspberry bliss balls, and some very organic looking profiteroles, along with some fresh sandwiches and mini quiche. Good fun to do, and i hope the family have a wonderful day.

As a single person business, and with my elderly mother living with me, I feel that it’s a sensible thing to do. However, I’ll reopen when the Covid19 situation is over! 08.01.2022 Wow! What a huge weekend of catering! Friday and Saturday nights, it was my pleasure to cater for the Musical and Dramatic Society’s dinner shows at Billimari Hall. Helped by some seasoned volunteers and a few TAFE students getting their service hours accumulated (lots of table setting, serving, clearing and washing up!). Also on Saturday, sandwiches and fruit platters for a bus trip of 50 from Dubbo. It’s a mystery bus trip and I don’t know where they were heading to after Cowra, but I’m sure they will have a wonderful time.
