25.01.2022 This is a great conversation about Processed Food Addiction. I watched this today with Dr Ifland. It's truly awesome to be able to claim to have met this lady. I have the textbook and I am in a study group with other members of the 'ARC' (Addiction Reset Community). Dr Ifland's book 'Processed Food Addiction' cites 2000 studies but she read 8000 studies! She is a Food Addiction research Doctor and she lectures to Medical Doctors!

Pilates is an excellent program of exercises designed to strengthen and increase flexibility. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.[8] It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. 21.01.2022 I am running a free virtual walking challenge starting this Tuesday, 1st of September 2020 and I’d love you to join in. We are walking to Darwin, which is just under 4,000 kilometres so we need all the help we can get. The way it works is each person posts the distance they walk (run, hop, skip or jump)at the end of the day on my Facebook group (Robyns PT Community Fitness Group)... We are walking home from Darwin and we need all the help we can to get home before Christmas! All you have to do is 1. Join in my Facebook group above 2.
