20.01.2022 This is why I do what I do! I love cooking and sharing food with others! Yesterday our metro team shared some simple but delicious recipes and tips at our Winter Warmers Indian Workshop. Great fun swapping into different kitchens via Zoom with consultants Grace Tretola Kate Dermody & Sally Adair! Thanks for your help ladies! Hope you can share some of your food photos below as well. Best part about making all this food is sharing it afterwards with friends who also lov...e & appreciate these flavours. So grateful to be able to catch up with friends at the moment during covid times.

07.01.2022 When Covid19 cancels The Royal Agricultural Show, you need to make your own fun. My girlfriends and our daughters dusted off our CWA ( country women’s association) cookbooks yesterday and did a bake off with lots of refreshments We were all prize winners! What a gorgeous spread! And look at those blue ribbons!! We even had some show bags! Great fun whipping up some sweet delights. I love that Food brings friends together, creativity, laughter and love.

02.01.2022 Cleaning out the fridge - getting ready for holidays away. All I found was two heads of Broccoli and one apple hmmmm????? Cookidoo gives me inspiration every time. Step 1 - Search Broccoli... Normally I’d just make a broccoli soup; I’m looking for something different, healthy and quick! Step 2 - Bingo! that looks healthy - Broccoli Red Peppers & Pinenut salad ( I reckon my vege patch has some red peppers, no pine nuts in the pantry but the recipe tips suggest Sunflower seeds instead. Prep time 10 minutes & a 4.9 rating! Let’s go ! 5 seconds of chopping snd it’s done! Fun fact - it’s such a good salad, Thermomix Canada consultants do this salad at their in home demonstrations.
