As part of the lockdown, masks will need to be worn by everyone inside the clinic. We also ask that you minimise the number of family members attending the clinic who do not have an appointment. 23.01.2022 I hate to admit it but this was a little like me after swimming lessons with the kids today- with the swimming gear and 30 library books from next door and my two kids that picked them all, I was a little overloaded! 18.01.2022 Today marks 10 years since Leah joined us at Rochedale Chiropractic. We can all acknowledge how much we love and appreciate her. It is such a blessing to have her beside us! She is so welcoming, capable and kind. She does her role with such consistent steadfast effort and is an essential member of our work family. Thank you Leah and congratulations on 10 years!

Thank you for your trust and support and we look forward to continuing to provide care in 2021 (We will be back from Jan 7th) May we be open to whatever journeys this year has in store for us and that even if our planned destinations are, for a time, unreachable, we will find peace in seeing things in a new way.

07.01.2022 I apologise for taking so long to post since the Corona craziness began... I personally have felt a lot of uncertainty as to what would be the best way to support you all, yet keep you safe as the situation has been escalating. Chiropractors, as part of the allied health network are currently being encouraged by the Federal Health Minister, The Hon. Greg Hunt to continue our hands on care.... People are hurting right now - in all sorts of ways and our team have ultimately decided that, until advised otherwise, we will continue on -as powerfully and safely as possible. So in summary, both Luke and I, as Chiropractors, will continue to provide care. THE CLINIC IS OPEN. The only service we have suspended at this time is remedial massage. I have a certificate in Infection Control displayed at the front of the shop. Please be assured we are constantly cleaning and sanitising benches and other surfaces, having sanitiser or use of handwash basin available before and after you appointment, maintaining social distance in our reception area, leaving the front glass door left open, minimising any reception waiting time and even suggesting the option of waiting in the car (weather permitting). Please reshedule your appointment, at any time, if you are feeling ill (eg. cough, sore throat, fever etc ) or have travelled overseas within the last 14 days or had contact with someone who travelled overseas in the last 14 days or if you have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with or is in the process of being tested for COVID 19. Please seek medical advice at the Medical Hotline 1800675398. For some of you isolating at home, not attending your appointment at the clinic is the only option that is safe or acceptable to you right now. We understand. We will soon be offering Telehealth in the form of video calls incorporating an awesome postural health program as well as other exercises and advice for you to follow. These appointments will be complimentary in the first month of release. In the meantime if you need any help ring the clinic on 34233777 and your Chiropractor will call you back to provide support and strategies for you to work through at home. You are not alone. 07.01.2022 This weekend I joined old friends in Melbourne to celebrate 25 years ( yes -seems ridiculous that it has been so long!) since graduating as a Chiropractor. Getting through Uni (like life) is something that we don’t do alone - I was reminded of great friends, the encouragement, the study help, the hugs and the laughs. Blessed! -Marguerite
