19.01.2022 10-11month old calf’s doing well. Weaning is complete and went very smoothly. 2 F2 heifers will become part of our breeding stock and we will keep 2 F2 steers to grow out and look to sell 1 F2 steer. They seem to be handling far North Queensland very well, their coats have thickened for winter and all bar one seem to slick off well in summer. We are still extremely happy with our Speckle Park herd and very excited to see how our first purebred handles the climate up here once we pick her up soon.

16.01.2022 Big day for some of our cattle clients around Townsville today - started an AI Program for a bucking bull breeder, and scanned 30 day pregnancies from a Fixed time artificial insemination (FTAI) that Dr Callan conducted on these beautiful Speckle Park girls.
