12.01.2022 Here is a tip for your Monster Calves Monday! Calf anatomy and training 101... SOLEUS: When trying to isolate the soleus muscle, it is best to do so with a bent... knee. This prevents the gastrocnemius from becoming too involved in the movement. The soleus is primarily made up of "slow twitch" muscle fibers which means that it best responds to a greater amount of Time under tension and slightly higher repetitions. GASTROCNEMIUS: The gastroc consists of a much greater percentage of fast twitch muscle fibers, which means...it needs increased loads! See more

"I joined Jetts early 2015 working mostly on my own and joining in some of the Wesnesday evening and Saturday... bootcamps, but wasnt really getting the results I needed. In Jan 2016 Roy started doing group sessions every evening, which was later taken over by Jo and Alana, and these sessions were just what I needed to get me on track! The trainers are just amazing! They keep pushing and motivating me. I dont know how far I would have come without them. Since Jan 2016 I have lost 14kg!
