17.01.2022 This phone call was a LIFESAVER!! Have you seen this phone number? Some amazing human being most likely a diabetic or parent of a diabetic created an app called Sugarmate, if you havent got it go and check it out. We downloaded it years ago when using nightscout. Those were back in the days before Dexcom used share. So why is there a missed called on my phone at 3:14am?? Well thats because in this amazing app you can select to get a phone call if your blood sugar drops be...low a certain number between chosen times. As the years go on I do find it hard sometimes to wake to the Dexcom alarm, I missed 3 low alarms before this call and I jumped out of bed when the phone rang. To the creator of this app, if you happen to see this THANKYOU from the bottom of my heart for yet another useful tool in managing Hayleys diabetes, she has never woken to a low yet in nearly 9 years so doubt she will start anytime soon so technology like this is so important.
