20.01.2022 It is with a very heavy heart that I am writing this. Unfortunatly due to Merseyside going into tier 3 lockdown from Wednesday our venue class in Rainford will no longer be going ahead until further notice. This is totally out of my hands and I am totally gutted to be saying this. Thank you to everyone for your support and to those who have ventured out and bought the atmosphere over the last few weeks at venue class.....WE WILL BE BACK BETTER AND STRONGER THAN EVER, but until then please join me online in your living rooms and we can say f**k you covid-19!!! This will not beat us guys! Would anyone like an extra Wednesday online class or are you happy with Tuesdays, Thursdays and sat? Please let me know so I can make a decision. Love u all rockboxers

14.01.2022 When you love your job this is what it looks like haha amazing class as always guys, after a rubbish day yesterday finding out about our tier 3 lockdown and venue classes having to stop, this is just what I needed.....Rockbox therapy at its best!

08.01.2022 Ok so after talking to some of my wonderful ladies from venue class I have come to the decision that wednesdays 6.30pm class, from next week, will now become and extra online session while we are back in lockdown. However this will not be a rockbox session but will instead will take the form of a full body workout/ HIIT or METAFIT class. I want to introduce you to something a little different for you try and give you another option. If all goes well I will carry on w...ith an online session for this when venue class reopens but this may be on a different day, possibly a Monday. Payments for these classes will be monthly at 3 per class. Once you have paid for the month you will be added to a private facebook group, these workouts will be delivered via Facebook live and will be saved to the group every week, therefore even if you can't make it live on the day it can be replayed at another time that suits you. Payments after the stated day will not be taken, I will give you reminders via this page when payments are due. If you would like to join in from next week for the rest of October the cost will be 9 and will need to be paid by Sunday evening (18th).
